Support

Help with the Vivenly app (formerly ViviSync), operated by ViviSync, LLC.

Contact us

Email support@vivenly.app. Tell us what happened and include the email address on your account, plus your app version and iOS version if you can find them.

Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment details or family records we do not need to see. Blur or crop personal details out of screenshots. We may need to confirm that you own the account before we change anything on it.

If you or your children are in danger, call 911. Vivenly is not an emergency service.

Common questions

How do I invite my co-parent?

Open Settings → Manage Members, then create or share an invite. You can send the code right away or copy it to share later.

My co-parent can't see what I added.

Your co-parent needs to join the same family first. Open Settings → Manage Members to check whether their invite is still waiting or already connected.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, or follow Apple's guide to cancel a subscription. You can also see plans in the app under Settings → Explore plans. Each parent chooses their own plan.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: see request a refund. If you bought a plan on another device, or the app does not show it, open Settings → Explore plans and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I export records?

In Expenses, tap Export Records (PDF) below the expense list for an expense report. Settings → Export Records lets you choose which records to include, such as messages, expenses, tasks, handoffs and the custody calendar. Both are PDFs made for sharing and are not a complete copy of your account data. Exports include sensitive family records, so review them before sharing. To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, email privacy@vivenly.app.

How do I report a message or document, or block messaging?

Tap and hold a message, or tap the three-dot menu on a Vault document, and select Report. To stop new messages with your co-parent, tap the three-dot menu in Messages and select Block messaging. Blocking affects in-app messaging only: it does not change either parent's access to shared family records or the custody calendar, and it does not stop contact outside the app. Earlier messages stay visible to both parents. You can unblock at any time from the same menu, and you can still report content while messaging is blocked.

Is my family data private?

Who can see what depends on each person's family role and sharing permissions. We use service providers to run the app, including Google Cloud Vision when you start a receipt scan. The Privacy Policy, which will be published on this site before the app is released, lists them. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account and confirm. Parents can save a final export first; it is optional. Deleting your account ends your access. It does not delete shared records, messages, files or the activity log. It does not cancel an App Store subscription. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

If you can't open the app, email support@vivenly.app from the address on your account and we will help.
